Karen Blocher of Green GRRRL Wisdom has you covered with remedies for summer’s outdoor challenges. Her jewel weed spray can soothe your poison ivy and bug bites. The plantain, oats, and jewelweed in her poison ivy soap will also calm those nasty rashes. Bothered by bugs? Karen uses seven essential oils in her bug repellent to deter mosquitoes, chiggers and other annoying critters. Check out the rest of Karen’s completely natural herbal teas, bodycare items and soaps while you are at it.
